Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk (reserve 1/2 c. back until last)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup coconut
How To Make coconut custard blender pie

Step 1Blend all ingredients on high speed for 10 seconds adding the 1/2 c. of milt that was saved back through the top of the blender. Pour into a greased and floured 10" pie plate and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. (makes it own crust)
