This is the best coconut pie, my daughter Alyce Maye gave it to me many years ago. All the men loves it. Try it and see.

2/3 csugar

6 Tbspcorn starch

1/2 tspsalt

3 cmilk

3egg yolk

1 1/2 tspvannila

3/4 ccoconut
How To Make coconut cream pie

1Mix sugar, corn starch, salt in sauce pan, stir in the egg yolks with a small amount of milk stir.Then add the rest of milk and cook until thicken and take off stove and add vanllia and coconut. Put in a cooked pie shell. Beat the egg whites and add 1/3 cup of sugar til stiff. Put on the top of pie and you can put coconut on top of egg whites and brown in a 400* oven til brown. Cool and enjoy yourself.
