How to Make Coconut Cream Pie
- Mix sugar, corn starch, salt in sauce pan, stir in the egg yolks with a small amount of milk stir.Then add the rest of milk and cook until thicken and take off stove and add vanllia and coconut. Put in a cooked pie shell.
Beat the egg whites and add 1/3 cup of sugar til stiff. Put on the top of pie and you can put coconut on top of egg whites and brown in a 400* oven til brown. Cool and enjoy yourself.
