- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine,melted
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 - 9in pastry shell
- - toasted coconut (optional)
How To Make coconut chess pie

Step 1combine first 6 ingredients; beat well stir in 1 cup of coconut; pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set(may take longer than 50) cool on a wire rack. garnish with toasted coconut if desired. ENJOY
