Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs,beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine,melted
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 - 9in pastry shell
  • - toasted coconut (optional)

How To Make coconut chess pie

  • Step 1
    combine first 6 ingredients; beat well stir in 1 cup of coconut; pour into pastry shell. Bake at 325degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set(may take longer than 50) cool on a wire rack. garnish with toasted coconut if desired. ENJOY
