This is from my grandmother's favorite cook book. Every chocolate lover will LOVE this pie. My uncle demands it every year for his birthday!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hershey's cocoa
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 inch - baked pie shell
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/4 tablespoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make cocoa cream pie

Step 1Mis cocoa, 3/4 cup sugar,cornstarch, and salt in a sauce pan. Gradually stir in milk mix until smooth. Mix until it thickens. Boil 1 minute. Stir half chocolate mix in to beaten egg yolks. Blend into hot mixture in pan. Boil 1 minute then remove from heat. Then, blend butter and vanilla. Pour in to baked pie shell.

Step 2Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks hold. Flavor with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, Pile onto Chocolate mixture.

Step 3Bake until foam tips are golden brown. 8 to 10 minutes.
