1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cus sugar
3 tbsp (heaping) baking cocoa
2 tbsp (heaping) flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell, chilled
1/3 cup pecans, chopped

How to Make Cleora Butler's Fudge Pie


  • 1Mix the cream, vanilla and sugar in medium bowl. Mix well.Sift baking cocoa, flour, and salt together 3 times. Add to cream mixture and mix well. Spoon into chilled pie shell and sprinkle evenly with pecans.
  • 2Bake at 375 to 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes more or til set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 6
