Ingredients

  • - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • - 1 1/2 cus sugar
  • - 3 tbsp (heaping) baking cocoa
  • - 2 tbsp (heaping) flour
  • - 1/4 tsp. salt
  • - 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell, chilled
  • - 1/3 cup pecans, chopped

How To Make cleora butler's fudge pie

  • Step 1
    Mix the cream, vanilla and sugar in medium bowl. Mix well.Sift baking cocoa, flour, and salt together 3 times. Add to cream mixture and mix well. Spoon into chilled pie shell and sprinkle evenly with pecans.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 375 to 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes more or til set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 6
