classic pumpkin pie
Who doesn't love a pumpkin pie?? Made this pie for our thanksgiving weekend with the sugar sweet pumpkins from our garden. Gave it a face for a festive fall feel. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1 - 9 inch pie crust
- 2 cups prepared cooked pumpkin...i used fresh but canned is ok too
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
How To Make classic pumpkin pie

Step 1Combine all ingredients except pie crust; mix well.Pour into pie crust;bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.Lower temperature to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until set. Serve with whipped cream.
