Who doesn't love a pumpkin pie?? Made this pie for our thanksgiving weekend with the sugar sweet pumpkins from our garden. Gave it a face for a festive fall feel. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 inch pie crust
  • 2 cups prepared cooked pumpkin...i used fresh but canned is ok too
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

How To Make classic pumpkin pie

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except pie crust; mix well.Pour into pie crust;bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.Lower temperature to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until set. Serve with whipped cream.
