How To Make cinnamon roll apple pie with cinnamon sugar streusel

• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a Pyrex glass pie plate and set aside.

  Open the cinnamon roll tube and separate. Place 4 around the edge of the pie plate and 1 in the center. Flatten them out to make a pie crust.
• Step 3
  Spoon apple pie filling over rolls.
• Step 4
  In a small mixing bowl, mix 2 cups of dry cookie mix with softened butter with a fork until crumbed.
• Step 5
  Sprinkle over pie filling. Snip open the small cinnamon sugar packet in the cookie mix. Sprinkle liberally over the streusel top.
• Step 6
  Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool, or serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
