Ingredients
- 1 cup (21 (ounces) apple pie filling
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups crushed pecan shortbread cookies
How To Make cinnamon apple crumb pie

Step 1Pour pie filling into pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with 1 tbsp of butter. Melt remaining butter.

Step 2Place the cookie crumbs in a small bowl; stir in butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over filling.

Step 3Cover edges of pastry loosely with foil.

Step 4Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; remove foil and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.

Step 5Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours.
