Ingredients
- 10 - squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 - sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cool whip
How To Make chocolate truffle pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Place chocolate in large microwaveable bowl. Add whipping cream. Microwave on high for 2 mins or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted, cool slightly.

Step 2Add eggs, sugar and flour and beat with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake 25min or until outer half of pie is puffed but center is still slightly soft. Cool and the serve with cool whip.
