- 1 box silken tofu,drained
- 12 ounces chocolate chips, semi sweet
- 1/4 cup soy or almond milk
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make chocolate tofu pie

Step 1melt chocolate chips in microwave, start with 1 min then stir and cook in 15 second intervals till melted

Step 2in a blender, combine tofu and soy or almond milk

Step 3add chocolate chips to blender and blend all till smooth

Step 4pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate at least one hour before serving, I top this with nondairy whipped cream
