chocolate pie crust (my way )
Needed a Chocolate crust for a pie found this in one of my Mother's old cook books, it was perfect for the pie I was making.

Ingredients
- I cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened )
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup shortning
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3-4 tablespoons cold water
How To Make chocolate pie crust (my way )

Step 1Mix flour, coco powder, and sugar together.

Step 2Using a cutter or a fork add 1/3 cup shortning, till the mixture looks like small peas.

Step 3Add vanilla and mix well. Add 3-4 tablespoons cold water mix till it forms a ball

Step 4Roll out place in 8 inch pie plate flute edges and prick bottom and sides.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until set. Cool fill with filling of your choice and serve.
