1 pkgbaker's german sweet chocolate
1 ccorn syrup, light or dark
1 tspvanilla extract
1 1/4 cpecan halves
1unbaked pie shell
How to Make Chocolate Pecan Pie
- Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on high 1 to 2 minutes or until melted, stirring half way.
Do not over melt.
- Stir in sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 50 minutes or untill filling is firm 2 inches from edge. Cool on wire rack.
