Chocolate fudge pie
How to Make Chocolate fudge pie
- Melt margarine and set aside. Whisk eggs together. Mix eggs, cocoa powder and butter together.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour and sugar. Stir in the wet mixture until well blended, removing as much of the lumps as possible.
- Pour evenly into the pie crusts.
If using only one pie crust, bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
If using 2 crusts, bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Remove pies and allow them to sit for about 20-30 minutes to cool.
Serve with ice cold milk.
**This pie is not super sweet and will have the consistency of fudge. But it is absolutely great!
