chocolate fudge pie

I wanted a good pie to eat but I wanted to use only things I already had at home. If you are a regular baker you should have all of the ingredients on hand :D The crust took the longest to make so make sure you get a good crust going before you make the pie mix because its really quick. I will post a seperate recipe with the crust I used :D Do enjoy!! It tastes yummy :D

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetend
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate fudge pie

  • Step 1
    Prepare crust... Any pie crust will work. Store bought or homemade however make sure its par-baked according to the directions/recipe.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 325*
  • Step 3
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together all of the ingredients until well combined.
  • Step 4
    Pour into prepared par-baked pie shell.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 25-30 minutes. Should be done when the wiggle is gone. So add more time if needed.
  • Step 6
    Set out to cool to room temperature. Top with a layer of whipped cream. Cut and serve.
  • Step 7
    ENJOY!!!
