I wanted a good pie to eat but I wanted to use only things I already had at home. If you are a regular baker you should have all of the ingredients on hand :D
The crust took the longest to make so make sure you get a good crust going before you make the pie mix because its really quick.
I will post a seperate recipe with the crust I used :D

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 c
white sugar
1/4 c
all purpose flour
3 Tbsp
cocoa powder, unsweetend
1/2 c
butter, softened
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Fudge Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare crust... Any pie crust will work. Store bought or homemade however make sure its par-baked according to the directions/recipe.
  • 2Preheat oven to 325*
  • 3In a large mixing bowl, beat together all of the ingredients until well combined.
  • 4Pour into prepared par-baked pie shell.
  • 5Bake for 25-30 minutes. Should be done when the wiggle is gone. So add more time if needed.
  • 6Set out to cool to room temperature. Top with a layer of whipped cream. Cut and serve.
  • 7ENJOY!!!
