Ingredients
- 1 - 9" pie shell, baked & cooled
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup hershey's cocoa
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - reddi wip (garnish)
- - semi-sweet chocolate chips (garnish)
How To Make chocolate cream pie

Step 1Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch & salt in medium pan. Combine eggs & milk. Slowly stir into sugar mixture, till well combined. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly w/wisk till mixture starts to thicken and just comes to a boil. Remove from heat.

Step 2Add choc chips, butter & vanilla. Stir till everything is melted smooth. Pour into crust.

Step 3Cover w/plastic wrap, making sure wrap is directly on the pie surface, so skin won't form. Chill in fridge 4-5 hours till firm. Top w/whipped cream & choc chips.
