2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup heavy cream, cold
2 - egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 - 9 inch pie grust baked or grahamn

How To Make chocolate cream pie

Step 1

Melt Semi sweet chocolate in a 25odegree oven.whisk together heavy cream, milk, and egg yolks toghther.Put cocoa,sugar,and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan. whisk in the yolk mixture on medium heat stirring occasionallyfor 5 min. then stir mixture constanly until mixture boils. Stirring 1 min. more stir in melted chocolate vanilla and butter. pourinto baked or grahamn cracker crust.
