Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 - large eggs,lightly beaten
- 2 sticks of melted, unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup coarselly chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 - 10 inch unbaked pie shell
How To Make chocolate chip pie

Step 1Mix sugar, brown sugar and flour together in large saucepan. stir in the lightly beaten eggs and melted butter,combining well. Cook on low/medium heat until sugar is melted and mixture is slightly thickened. Take mixture off heat and let cool for 30 minutes.

Step 2fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.Spread mixture in the pie crust and bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 3This pie freezes exceptionally well.
