How to Make Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie
- Heat oven to 375. Place the crust into 9" pie plate. Crimp or flute the crust; set aside.
- Combine corn syrup, sugar, butter, eggs and salt in a medium sized bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl often until well mixed. Stir in 1 cup pecans and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour mix into crust, cover pie loosely with foil. Bake 30 mins. Remove foil; continue baking for 10-15 mins or until filling is set. Cool; refrigerate at least 4 hrs.
