Ingredients
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can whipped cream
How To Make chocolate chip pecan pie

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Place the crust into 9" pie plate. Crimp or flute the crust; set aside.

Step 2Combine corn syrup, sugar, butter, eggs and salt in a medium sized bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl often until well mixed. Stir in 1 cup pecans and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Step 3Pour mix into crust, cover pie loosely with foil. Bake 30 mins. Remove foil; continue baking for 10-15 mins or until filling is set. Cool; refrigerate at least 4 hrs.
