- 1 stick margarine
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (squares)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 - frozen pie crust (regular)
How To Make chocolate chess pie

Step 1Melt margarine and unsweetened chocolate in a medium saucepan on medium heat

Step 2Once melted and incorporated, add sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix well

Step 3Add eggs and mix well

Step 4Pour into pie crust and bake for 25-35 minutes at 325 degrees

Step 5*I frequently double this recipe and use a deep-dish pie crust, it is wonderful! Serve with vanilla ice cream!
