How to Make Chocolate Chess Pie
- 1Melt margarine and unsweetened chocolate in a medium saucepan on medium heat
- 2Once melted and incorporated, add sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix well
- 3Add eggs and mix well
- 4Pour into pie crust and bake for 25-35 minutes at 325 degrees
- 5*I frequently double this recipe and use a deep-dish pie crust, it is wonderful! Serve with vanilla ice cream!
