Had this recipe for years, and we love it. It does not take long to whip one up.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 - 5 1/3 oz. can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 - eggs
- 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (yes tablespoon)
- 1 - unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
How To Make chocolate chess pie

Step 1Combine all ingrediants with mixer and beat 1 minute. Pour into crust. Put this on a cookie sheet to bake. Bake 1 hour at 350. Let cool completely. Store in fridg.

Step 2You can add a cup of chopped pecans to this if desired. Also a spoon of vanilla ice cream on top is tasty.
