egg yolks (use whites for meringue)
1Mix sugar, flour and meal together. Cream margarine and gradually add sugar/flour meal mixture to it. Beat egg yolks and cream together. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
2Bake at 375 for 15 minutes to set crust. Turn oven down to 325 and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
3Use 5 egg whites for meringue.
