( 9 inch ) graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg
( 8 oz. ) cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)
(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 c
real lemon juice from concentrate
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 can(s)
cherry or blueberry pie filling of your choice (chilled)

How to Make Cherry Cheesecake


  • 1In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy..Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth..STIR in lemon juice and vanilla extract..Pour into crust..Chill 3 hours or until set..Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving (use whole can)..Refrigerate leftovers.
