- 1 package ( 8 oz. ) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/3 cup real lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling of your choice (chilled)

Step 1In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy..Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth..STIR in lemon juice and vanilla extract..Pour into crust..Chill 3 hours or until set..Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving (use whole can)..Refrigerate leftovers.
