How to Make Cherry-Blueberry Pie
- Preheat to 425 degrees.
- Press pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Stir together white sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in the cherry pie filling and blueberries. Poor into pie crust when combined.
- Flute edges/press with tines of a fork.
- Mix egg whites and water, brush over top of pie, then sprinkle with 2 tsp of sugar.
- Bake 45-55 minutes or until crust is browned. Chill for 2 hours.
