I'm not a huge fan of pies, but this one is for sure my favorite... Other than egg custard pie of course:)

    pie crust shell
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    blueberries, frozen
  • 1
    egg white
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Cherry-Blueberry Pie


  1. Preheat to 425 degrees.
  2. Press pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Stir together white sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the cherry pie filling and blueberries. Poor into pie crust when combined.
  5. Flute edges/press with tines of a fork.
  6. Mix egg whites and water, brush over top of pie, then sprinkle with 2 tsp of sugar.
  7. Bake 45-55 minutes or until crust is browned. Chill for 2 hours.
