ok starting selling this cheesecakes to make extra money in 1994 and people loved them . Since then i make them for Xmas or for people the order them . THE Manger were i live loves them so much she order up to 5 every week from me

Ingredients

1 can one can of lechara sweet milk
1 package one package of cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 - two eggs
4 1/8 cups graham crackers, crushed
1 1/8 cups butter, melted
1 1/8 cups sugar

How To Make cheesecakes

Step 1

one cream cheese , 1 tbp of Vanilla ,one lechara , two eggs in the blender and blender until done.

Step 2

sugar mix with gram cracker in to a pie pan then add melt butter start mixing and pressing down and making the shell ready for the cream cheese mix to be poured on to the shell , getted ready for the. Oven for One Hr or until brown
Step 3

after taken it from the oven let set in the refrigter over nite . you serve it with fruit or just plain that famous cheesecake
