Ingredients

1 Tbspflour, all purpose

3/4 csugar
-
3/4 clight corn syrup

1/4 chalf and half, fat free (can use whole milk)

2eggs, beaten slightly
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted (kerrygold is best)

1 1/2 cpecans, chopped

1unbaked pie shell
How to Make Catherine's Pecan Pie
- Mix together flour and sugar; stir in remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until pie is set and firm. Top with whipped cream or cool whip.
