I LOVE ANYTHING WITH CITRUS AND CREAM CHEESE. A VERY EASY NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE.

  • 1 large graham cracker pie crust, large
  • - pie filling:
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature-[1 1/2 pkgs.] - [can use low-fat]
  • 1/2 cup sugar - [or splenda]
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 - 8 oz. cool whip - [may use low-fat]
  • - creamsicle topping:
  • 1 package orange jello, small [i use sugar-free]
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cool whip - [may use fat-free]

How To Make carols creamsicle cheesecake [no-bake]

  • Step 1
    CREAM TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE UNTIL FLUFFY.
  • Step 2
    BEAT IN THE COOL WHIP.
  • Step 3
    POUR INTO THE PIE CRUST.
  • Step 4
    CREAMSICLE TOPPING:
  • Step 5
    WHISK THE ORANGE JELLO INTO THE BOILING WATER UNTIL DISOLVED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES.
  • Step 6
    COOL JELLO ON THE COUNTER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
  • Step 7
    WHISK IN THE COOL WHIP, UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED.
  • Step 8
    POUR THIS OVER THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING.
  • Step 9
    THEN COOL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-6 HOURS.
  • Step 10
    NOTE: YOU MAY PIPE ADDITIONAL COOL WHIP AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PIE.
