Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 - eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 cup walnuts, broken
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup waknuts ( for decoration)
- 1 ( 9 inch - pie shell, unbaked
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
How To Make caribbean fudge pie

Step 1Cream butter with sugar; beat in eggs one at a time.

Step 2Add melted chocolate chips, instant coffee, brown sugar and rum extract.

Step 3Stir in flour and walnuts; turn into pie shell. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup walnuts and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
