Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
3 - eggs
1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 cup walnuts, broken
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup waknuts ( for decoration)
1 ( 9 inch - pie shell, unbaked
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon rum extract

How To Make caribbean fudge pie

Step 1

Cream butter with sugar; beat in eggs one at a time.

Step 2

Add melted chocolate chips, instant coffee, brown sugar and rum extract.
Step 3

Stir in flour and walnuts; turn into pie shell. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup walnuts and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
