Ingredients For caribbean fudge pie

1/4 cbutter, softened

3/4 cpacked brown sugar

3eggs

8(1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate

2 tspinstant coffee granules

1 tsprum flavored extract

1/4 call-purpose flour

1 cchopped walnuts

1/2 cwalnut halves

1(9 inch) pie shell
How To Make caribbean fudge pie

1Preheat oven to 375. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Cream butter or margarine and sugar till fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add melted chocolate, coffee, and rum; mix well. Stir in flour and chopped nuts.

2Pour filling into pie shell, and decorate with walnut halves. Bake for 25 minutes.

3Remove pie from oven, and cool completely. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
