caribbean cream pie (duplicate)
Spinnaker's Restaurant in Gaithersburg, Maryland, served this wonderful pie. This took me almost a year to duplicate this recipe! It is fantastic! HINT- you can, if desired, add a few drops of vanilla and/or almond extract to the pudding, preferably if you use cooking pudding instead of instant so it isn't runny. REALLY DRAIN PINEAPPLE!!!

Ingredients
- 9" - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 - small package walnuts
- 2 - bananas
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 can small, crushed pineapple
- 1 box dream whip
- 2 packages vanilla pudding
How To Make caribbean cream pie (duplicate)

Step 1Layer nuts, coconut, slices of banana and well drained pineapple in bottom of crust. Reserve a little coconut to toast for garnish, and a few walnuts. Fill with pudding, prepared to package directions. Chill. Before serving, top with prepared dream whip. Chill again completely. Toast coconut, garnish, slice and serve.
