Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 - vanilla extract
  • 2 - eggs
  • 20 - caramels
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make caramel pecan cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix well.
  • Step 2
    Melt caramels and milk on low hear, stirring frequently until smooth. Stir in pecans.
  • Step 3
    Pour caramel into pie crust and top with cream cheese mixture. Chill 1 hour.
