This is a light, but delicious, pie that is perfect for summer. The caramel layer compliments the bananas and pudding layers wonderfully! So easy, and the recipe makes two pies -- one to keep, and one to share!

Ingredients For caramel banana cream pie

    bananas
  • 2
    graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 pkg
    jello banana instant pudding mix (5.9 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    whipped topping (24 oz)
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    caramel topping

How To Make caramel banana cream pie

  • 1
    Pour 1/2 cup of caramel sauce into bottom of each pie crust.

    Slice one banana (per pie) over the caramel sauce.

    Mix pudding mix and 2.5 cups of cold milk with whisk in another bowl.

    Once pudding is set up, spread it evenly over the banana layer in both pies.

    Top with whipped topping.

    Garnish top of pies with more caramel sauce.

    Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Keep refrigerated for up to a few days.
