Ever get a cantaloupe that wasn't sweet? Well you won't ever have to throw another away with this easy pie recipe. I was cautious when a friend brought one to work the first time, but it really is good.
1Slice cantaloupe thinly into pie shell. Sprinkle flour over cantaloupe. Add sugar and slice butter over cantaloupe.Pour water over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
