Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsulfured molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup corsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup double strength brewed coffee
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 - unbaked pie shell (8-inch) - homemade or purchased
How To Make cafinated pecan pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Combine eggs, molasses, corn syrup, coffee, melted butter or margarine, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3Combine pecans and flour, add to liquid mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes

Step 4Cool completely before cutting. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
