Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • tablespoon ice water

How To Make buttery mini pie crusts

  • Step 1
    Combine flour and salt in food processor pulse to mix. Cut butter into 1/2 inch pieces,add to flour mixture pulse until mixture resembles course meal.Add ice water a tablespoon at a time pulsing until dough begins to hold together.
  • Step 2
    If your making pies that need prepared crust bake them in a 400 degree oven for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.Use dried beans or pie weights to hold crust in place.
