Have you ever heard of a Butterscotch Pie? A lot of people nowadays haven't. But, here is an old recipe for 2 9" pies.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups milk, heated
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3 - eggs
6 tablespoons flour
2 - 9" unbaked pie shells

How To Make butterscotch pie

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together at one time in a medium double boiler. Cook until thick and smooth.

Step 2

Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 until pie shells are done.
