  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 - eggs , slightly beaten
  • 1 (12oz.) jar butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 - (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

How To Make butterscotch coconut pecan pie

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl combine sugars, butter , salt and eggs.
  • Step 2
    Add ice cream topping, vanilla and mix well
  • Step 3
    stir in coconut and pecans
  • Step 4
    pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
  • Step 5
    serve at room temperature
