How to Make Butterscotch Coconut Pecan Pie
- In a medium bowl combine sugars, butter , salt and eggs.
- Add ice cream topping, vanilla and mix well
- stir in coconut and pecans
- pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
- serve at room temperature
