butterscotch- brown sugar pie
Not sure where I got this but I was digging in my so called vault of recipes and I found this one. I made it for Memorial Day and it did not last long.

Ingredients
- 1 - pie crust shell
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 - tub of cool whip (thawed)
- - chocolate syrup

Step 1U can make a pie crust of your choice or purchase a single pie shell

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 If making your own put in a 9* pie pan. In med. bowl mix brown sugar, flour with wire whisk Add melted butter then ,eggs,vanilla,salt and beat with mixer till well combined..

Step 3Stir in butterscotch chips and then pour into pie pan. Bake 40-42 minutes or till top is browned. Cool at least three hours before putting on cool whip. Then drizzle chocolate syrup on top, be creative with this step.

Step 4Best kept in frigerator , will not last long
