light corn syrup

apples, coarsely shredded

butter, melted
1 tsp
vanilla
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1 pkg
butterscotch chips (11 oz.)
1 c
macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

pie shell, 9 inch, unbaked

How to Make Butterscotch Apple Macadamia Nut Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine eggs, corn syrup, apples, butter, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in large bowl: mix well.
  • 2Stir in nuts and chips.
  • 3Pour into pie shell. Put pie on cookie sheet.
  • 4Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  • 5Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
  • 6Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
