Ingredients
- 4 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3-1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups apples, coarsely shredded
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package butterscotch chips (11 oz.)
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 - pie shell, 9 inch, unbaked

Step 1Combine eggs, corn syrup, apples, butter, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in large bowl: mix well.

Step 2Stir in nuts and chips.

Step 3Pour into pie shell. Put pie on cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Step 5Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.

Step 6Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
