This has become a family favorite! It's easy to make and melts in your mouth! After posting this recipe on my blog a fellow blogger left this comment:"Well the secret is out. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter - cool and drizzle in bowl.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 - eggs

How To Make buttermilk pie

  • Step 1
    Mix together until frothy.

    Step 2
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or by tapping the side of the pie pan and center barely moves. ***Make sure you take your first bite when it is a bit warm! Oh, so good! ***You can use a frozen pie shell, thawed or use my yummy crust recipe "Pat in a Pan" Pie Crust".
