How to Make Buttermilk Pie
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In mixing bowl, cream together butter/margarine and sugar. Beat at medium speed till light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
2Add the flour and nutmeg; beat at low speed until blended. Add the buttermilk and beat well until smooth. Pour into the pie shell.
3Bake for 55 minutes or till knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
