This is my son, Shannon's, favorite pie. He came home from spending a holiday with his friend in Grenada, Mississippi, talking about how good it was. I had to figure out how to make it!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 2 - uncooked pie crusts
How To Make buttermilk pie

Step 1Cream sugar with softened butter.

Step 2Add the flour, eggs; beat well.

Step 3Stir in the cinnamon, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.

Step 4Pour into uncooked pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. This makes two pies.
