How to Make Buttermilk Pie
- Mix all ingredients in the mixer until light and well blended. Pour into Pie shell and grate nutmeg over the top of the filling.
- Bake on 350 until tooth pick comes out clean and center springs back. Serve warm or cold!
- I use the Amish Pie Crust recipe that I posted on here for this pie due to its tenderness, lightness and flavor!
