- - 3 eggs any size i use medium
- - 1/3 cup flour
- - 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- - 2tsp cinnamon
- - 9' inch pie crust
- - 1/2 cup buttermilk
- - 1tsp vanilla extract

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN...MY OVEN IS A MODERN ELECTRIC STOVE SO I PREHEAT AND SET AT 250 DEGREES. MELT BUTTER AND SET TO THE SIDE. BEAT EGGS UNTIL BLENDED. ADD BUTTER,SUGAR,BUTTERMILK,FLOUR,VANILLA AND CINNAMON MIXTURE.POUR INTO PIE CRUST.

Step 2IT WILL LOOK VERY LIQUIDITY BUT AGAIN IT ACTUALLY MAKE FOR 2 PIES. COOK FOR 30 MINUTES ONCE PIE IS SET IN THE MIDDLE YOU CAN TAKE IT OUT AND MIX A 1/2 TSP CINNAMON AND 1/2 TSP SUGAR TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL AND SPRINKLE OVER THE PIE...COOL AND STORE IN FRIDGE....ENJOY!
