Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - 9 inch deep dish pie shell
How To Make buttermilk pie

Step 1Prehet oven to 325. In saucepan melt 1 stick butter ( 1/2 cup). In mixing bowl, add melted butter, sugar and eggs and mix with mixer. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well.

Step 2In an unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust poke bottom with fork. Add pie mixture and put on cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Pie will be set and firm.
