- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 - large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 - 9 inch pie crust

Step 1In a large bowl combine the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cornstarch, butter and eggs. Beat with mixer on low speed until well blended. Add the buttermilk and mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set and brown on the top.
