1Cut butter into flour until crumbly. Put 1 egg, vinegar in a 1 cup measuring cup and fill to 1 cup with warer. Pour mixture into flour mixture and mix into dough. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into 4 inch circles. Place in cupcake tins.
2Mix all the ingredients for the filling plus 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup finely crushed walnuts. Pour into pie shells.
3Bake at 375 until brown. Let cool and remove from tins.
