Ingredients

1 lb
light brown sugar
4 large
eggs
1/4 c
milk
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
salted butter (melted)
1 large
deep dish pie shell (unbaked)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to °325. In a mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth with a electric mixer.
2Add the melted butter. Beating while adding.
3Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
4Put the pie on a cookie sheet. Bake at °325 for 50-60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
5Transfer pie to a cooling rack and cool to room temperature.
