    light brown sugar
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    salted butter (melted)
  • 1 large
    deep dish pie shell (unbaked)

How to Make Brown sugar pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to °325. In a mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth with a electric mixer.
  2. Add the melted butter. Beating while adding.
  3. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Put the pie on a cookie sheet. Bake at °325 for 50-60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Transfer pie to a cooling rack and cool to room temperature.
