Ingredients
- 1 pound light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
- 1 large deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
How To Make brown sugar pie

Step 1Preheat oven to °325. In a mixing bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth with a electric mixer.

Step 2Add the melted butter. Beating while adding.

Step 3Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.

Step 4Put the pie on a cookie sheet. Bake at °325 for 50-60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Step 5Transfer pie to a cooling rack and cool to room temperature.
