Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 4 Tbsp
    bourbon
  • 1/4 c
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 4 oz
    whipping cream
  • 1
    pie crust, 9"

How to Make Bourbon Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs gradually, add sugar.
  2. Add butter and bourbon and mix well; blend in corn starch.
  3. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips, then pour into unbaked shell.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with whipped cream.
