Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons bourbon
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 ounces whipping cream
- 1 - pie crust, 9"
How To Make bourbon pie

Step 1Beat eggs gradually, add sugar.

Step 2Add butter and bourbon and mix well; blend in corn starch.

Step 3Stir in nuts and chocolate chips, then pour into unbaked shell.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes.

Step 5Serve warm with whipped cream.
