Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 - pie shell, unbaked

How To Make bourbon pecan pie

  • Step 1
    Beat together the butter and brown sugar until creamy and light. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in salt, corn syrup, and bourbon. Arrange 1 cup pecans pieces on the bottom of the pie shell. Pour pie filling over the pecans, then sprinkle remaining pecans over filling. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350° F.
