I make this every year when berries come into season. You can mix berries and peaches or berries and apples. It's just so yummy

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter cold and sliced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen and drained) or other fruit
- 1/2 cup sugar and 1t cinnamon mixture
How To Make blueberry tart

Step 1Work flour, salt, sugar, butter in a bowl or food processor until crumbly.

Step 2Add 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar

Step 3Thoroughly work in the Apple Cider with hands place dough in middle of tart pan and start to work dough with your fingers spreading the dough towards the edges of the tart pan.

Step 4Spread 3 cups of fruit over dough.

Step 5Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Step 6Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes

Step 7When cool, top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
